Clarification Time

When I first saw the two original posts, I made a post by just saying what a downer this situation was. Then I saw DBK's request for not fueling the fire and I immediately went back and removed my post. Im glad he locked up the threads as they would have only gotten ugly. I feel for both guys and its a good thing Shadowman is not hurt. I always say it can always get worst but then sometimes it does exactly that!!! 
But to put things in prospecive, my wife's friend who is a a mother of 3 and a major stressed soccer mom in PA. They have a couple of Golden Retreivers too. SO she was rushing out of her garage and heard a dog squeeling and howling a she backed up. Then she pulled forward and ran into the back yard and saw the one dog was ok and just running around so she rushed back in the car and proceeded to back up again. The howling again and she then realized she had ran over the other dog (twice). Well the rest you can imagine, The dog dies 2 hrs later at the vet. SOrry for being long with this but this could easily have been her little girl as it has happened to many. Cars and Money come and go. Lives and friendships dont!
I am sorry Ray for what you have had to deal with and also Shadowman as Im sure this all was not a part of the plan and not inteded. But I will say that one day we will all laugh about this story including both of you guys.
