I tried using the search engine on this one but couldn't find anything...so I apologize if this is covered somewhere else.

I'm about to move my gal from NY to CA. The garage I'm moving it into is a nice garage but the doors leave alot to be desired. My question is two fold.

1.) anyone know a good brand cloth/linen car cover that's made for the GT?
2.) anyone have any experience with car bags?

I'll be up in Topanga and there are tons of little critters that I'm worried will get to my car with just a standard cover. So I was thinking (for now..till I can address the door issue) that'd I'd get a nice cloth cover and then zip her up in the bag.
help? thoughts? advice?

thanks in advance

I use the Dustop cover from CCC under the factory cover. I like the softness of the CCC cover and I still get to enjoy the look of the OEM cover on top.

Can you post a few photos of your wheels?

I live in Malibu which is not to far away from where you are going to be living. I keep both my GTs covered in California Car Cover soft covers and then inside their storage bags. I have done this for years and both GTs still look and smell new. I just unzip the bags, pull off the covers when I want to go for a ride. Since I live on the beach I also added two dehumidifier heating fans that I leave running in the garage at all times. I can't remember where I go the fans from but many catalogs have them to keep closets dehumidified. Topanga is beautiful and you will have great roads to drive your GT on throughout the area.

I use Car Papsules on my cars and they work great. Clean them up then put them in and zip up. No dust or dirt kept clean and dry. Tomy Hamon
