Broken interior rear glass

My inside pane of the firewall glass has broken on both sides.:frown The drivers side seat hit it when reclined and caused a break on that side while the other just broke on it's own 12 months later. Has this happened to anyone else? There should be a stop on the fire wall (other than the glass) to prevent the seat from reclining too far. I inadvertently made one when I bolted in the harness bar. I think Ford should have installed something. Replacement under warranty was refused even though the one side had no impact.:bs

We'll at least it didn't break due to an exploding hot dog...

Go to cooltechllc.com

link with bumpers is http://www.cooltechllc.com/servlet/Detail?no=7

nota4re aka Kendal has come up with a set of bumpers to keep the seat from touching the glass :cheers

sweet, I need those.

What about that squeek in my door that the dealer can't get worked out?

Is the squeek in a door hinge or the rubber perimeter door seal?

It's more of a metal on metal squelch than a squeek.
Each time it's adjusted the door handle is too hard to pull, like it's about to break. So it's either a squeek or exit via the window.

At least I havn't had any axle bolt or mouse problems, so I ALMOST consider this squeek as part of the charm, ALMOST.
