I had to take my Expedition in for service today to the Ford Dealer. They have a Black / Red Boss Laguna Seca edition on the showroom floor. The price with dealer mark up $79,899.00! The sales manager asked me if I was interested in the car to which I replied, "Not at that price". He came back and said he would sale the car for $52K. What is a realistic price for thses cars? I'm beginning to wonder if I shouldhave called his bluff.

I think 52 is a very good buy.

If they will sell it for that, why not price it that way to begin with?

I paid 52K for my '10 GT500, you should have bought it! We are probably going into another long term no growth recession, and car sales drop pretty fast under these conditions.

IMO, $52K is a reasonable deal. MSRP is $48K. I paid $51K and haven't looked back. The car is simply un-real on the track as many have seen at MMP. As good as it is on the track, it is comfortable enough for everyday duty as well. Apollo (Terry) drives his as an everyday car.
