Not many people I know service there injectors that often...But the intake will come off with 12 bolts and drop a little coolant in 5mins. Then I would say it would be pretty easy:thumbsup

THANKS ALSO!!

Intake is only 9 5/8 tall. Clears by enough that it won't break the glass LOL I forget what all the measurments were. I will post pics of it on the car after the 1st of December.

It's just dawned on me that you might have asked that question seriously 'cause you were too busy looking at the photos and missed B.M.F.'s opening stmt on this thread (I wish I had a dime for everytime I've done something similar! :lol) If so: this piece of art is going to be installed in place of the supercharger, as it's the "intake manifold" for a dual turbo setup he's going to install. :thumbsup :cheers

Edit: I see the same thing dawned on Clinton, too! Usually he's a little 'slower' this time of day! :lol

I was thinking the same thing. And also where are you going to put the super secret nitrous jets? Big turbos need help spooling... Nitrous will get 'er done, off the line and between gear shifts. It would allow for full throttle shifts and quite possibly put this car on the books in the 1/4.... Even he mile if your customer has the cubic dollars to play at that level.Regardless of future plans, this is a work of automotive art and deserves to be stared at in awe. Then it deserves to be beat to holy hell on a track somewhere!Cheer

Thanks Mark. I'm not puting that big of turbos on it. 67-70mm for street driving. I just wanna make around 1500-1600rwhp, but have the turbo's spool asap. This intake along with the motor I'm buildin will make a difference and I got a turbo company on board 2 test what ever I want till I'm happy.....If it has terrible lag @ that power level, I'm going 2 take the stuff of and put a blower on it!! The lambo's are making 1500 with a 67-65mm turbo and they seam 2 not have lag. Were going 2 start with a 67mm wheel 1st and dyno it and go from there. Every 5.4 I know of with a stick and twins has lag. None of the are 11 to 1 compression, 27 more cubes or have an intake with this long of a runner.. Hopefully it works as I'm going 2 have a lot of time in it and I'm doing it for fun/free lol .
