Anyone have this happen to this steering wheel center cap?

See the "dots" on the center emblem?, purely cosmetic and from the photo below and a pic I took yesterday it has gotten worse.

The part is a $750 part because the airbag is connected behind the black center part.

Anyone else have this happen and if so got a fix?

you need to hit the tripometer button (dealer pic above for mine, mines been tripped).

Haha, I was thinking the same thing about yours. :biggrin Must be a FGT owner thing. I'm going to hit mine in the spring so that I know how many miles per year (I just got it this year). :cheers

BTW, the pics I just looked at on the net, (no, not THOSE pics :wink, the ones of GT dash's) seem to be the same as mine. I wonder if it was a running change? I like the brushed aluminium on yours. Me likey a lot!! :thumbsup

No, I meant as part of the option group packaging. Is yours an 05 or 06?

And it probably does help you go faster, so that you can keep up with the Heritage cars! :wink

I have 1 05 car and 4 06 cars. All the 06 cars have the cast/plastic look. The 05 is the only one that has the BRUSHED METAL LOOK. Looks like we have found another difference !
