great - back into RC racing...... I wonder how much the FGT tax is on the 1/10 scale....

Does Shadwoman hop these up? Can he give us greater distance on the Transmitter/ Receiver? :rofl

I bought one and am hoping the regular HPI 10th scale bodies fit. Then I can have different color bodies for this chassis.

You are a dangerous man, Sam...

I took a little detour today and stopped by Ultimate Hobbies in Orange. They had one left. $185 plus tax. As of now, they are out of stock...

My battery is charging now...It comes with a Ni-Cad and a (slow) 6 hour charger...

Sorry about the pics, it's my son's underwater camera.

Oh, I just looked at my box again, I bought it from Ultimate Hobbies, in Orange, CA, and it was only $164.95, not $184.95, like I thought.

Had a great time last night playing with it on the driveway while my two boys chased it around laughing hysterically. I don't know how to post video, or I would.

Yeah, if you're local, just go to Ultimate Hobbies, I believe it's a family owned store with knowledgeable staff. They used to be in a old strip mall in a old shop, now they have a much newer shop with great selection. Prices seem very fair too.

Randy is it fast? how does it handle?

It came with a Ni-Cad battery and a 6 hour plug in charger. I ran it once till it died.

I think my Associated Racing TC3-10 is faster. My driveway isn't entirely smooth, so the body kit was hitting and also full crank to the right, the tire hits the body.

My driveway isn't large enough for top speed. It's fun, but it's electric and no rocket.

It's 4WD, handling is predictable.
