Airbag light on NFGT

Driving yesterday and out of the blue my airbag light came on (nothing on passenger seat). I suspect I won’t know until diagnostic check, but anyone else see this? Thanks

Which car? If the new heritage, if the seat sensor line for a passenger was disconnected or disturbed for any reason, it has to go to a servicing dealer and be reset electronically. Not a big deal, but only a servicing dealer can do it. Perhaps Italian Joe might comment here. There is one line going to the passenger seat bottom cushion

Air bag lamps are warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles by the manufacturer. Depending on the start date it might still be under warranty.
