Why's it say "7th Anniversary 2003" on the picture? Is that the 7th anniversary of the Shelby American Collection? Either way, cool to have a signed pic of the famous finish.

Funny Grant signed that pic (if it is his sig.) because he wasn't a driver in any of those 3 cars. That year he teamed with Gurney in the red #3 GT40 MKII and lead almost all but the last 2 hours of the race then retiring due to a blown head gasket. Could have been worse for Ferrari with a 1234 finish.

Correct. The Shelby American Collection museum is between Boulder and Longmont. I may have that poster (unsigned) in a tube of the ones I have gotten over the years. They always have one at the annual fundraiser and sometimes give a bonus one...
