As many of you already know I'm a big Ford GT fan and always enjoy hosting an area for owners to park their cars, this year being the 15th Anniversary for the '05 we plan on doing a LOT more for the cars and owners. Special Display, Activities and Fun!
2020 marks the 15th Anniversary of the 2005 Ford GT and we’re celebrating at Ford Nationals! We invite all GT Owners and Enthusiasts to come out for this historic gathering. Key features of the celebration are an indoor special display of GT's and GT40’s, a Ford GT Owners Tent for all years of Ford GT owners, seminars & guest speakers, Ford GT track time, a road cruise through the scenic mountains and much more. Don’t miss this weekend of activities, fun, camaraderie and most of all, all things Ford.

Looking into attending! Looks like great event! Will be driving my GT , 8 hr drive. Any suggestions on nearby accommodations and secure parking?

Accommodations are all the same, pick your run of the mill hotel chain. Nothing specifically "secure", but far from a "city" environment. Stay at one not in downtown Carlisle. We usually stay at the Hampton. Every year we go, we trailer, and leave car(s) on the show field, and drive tow rig back and forth.

It is a great event 3000 fords in a huge field!! We have a blast (we have only missed one in ~10 years).

Showcase versus show field?! Difference?
If in the tent which I presume is showcase, car can’t be moved therefore not available for the drive and other activities, whereas show field we are permitted to?!

Showcase is for GT’s that will be stationary in our special display building for the entire event (special cars - some new GT, unique cars, race cars, etc.). The showfield and tent display are one and the same - just sign up for showfield. It’ll be a great time!!
