Kayvan,
Yeah, that sucks... I have seen tie wraps used, however I would make it look nice and then tell them that in the meantime you had to special order the parts from the factory (12-16 weeks). Talk nice and let us know what happens...
I guess when you never have been married you never learn certain do's and dont's! I suppose a better way to store them is sealing them in nitrogen gas!

SOLD!
I am selling my set of original tires. They are 10 years old and have a few hundred miles on them. The front tires have 8/32" of tread depth and the rear have 7/32". I had installed a set of optional wheels at the time and ordered a brand new set of tires so these are the original ones...
I had to do this a few months ago and it's simple if you have the right tool. There was a lot of misinformation about the size. Please review this posting, Jay:

I contacted Roush a couple of...
Kendall, I need to thank you from last year when you had mentioned that it wasn't necessary to relieve the line pressure as that saved a lot of time. Once the top fitting was released, then the bottom one was released about 15 seconds later. I then slid the filter upward and out of the bracket...
I finally got around to replacing my fuel filter. I have read on the forum about everyone using a 3/8" line disconnect tool for performing this task. The fuel filter has 1/2" diameter lines on it, so where did the 3/8" tool size come from? The proper tool is an AST 8016. It pops in place in...
Lamp lead almost completely eroded away!
I was attempting to repair the driver's side lamp since it hasn't worked in years. After repairing the badly oxidized leads, I decided to check the passenger side. Even though that side worked, one of the lamp leads had almost completely eroded away...
