Ed,
Thank you, the new stickers came today.
I would give one to my brother since he has a GT but.... he has an Enzo among a few other Ferraris so I don't think he would like it :frown although he likes his GT a lot! :thumbsup
Thanks again
Tony
I don't want to get this thread off the decals...but real quick,
1981 DeLorean Grey Interior 5-speed still on MSO with window sticker still in windshield and 500 exercise miles. I am the original owner. National DeLorean Concours 1st place winner 2003.
Thanks, the floor is Granite so it is very hard. The lift is more for detailing the cars for show, not so much for major work.
I want to get the 1968 & 1969 LeMans posters and some other Gulf GT art.
Thanks Ed
Black Granite floor central Heat and AC with in ground lift here is a pic of what the rest looks like.
I wish I could post a good picture of your sticker on my car but...
I put it on in the wrong spot and when I tried to relocate it...I SCREWED IT UP!
I AM SO ASHAMED!
Tony
The tough part is there are only 343 of them for the world...so maybe 300 total in the US.
I have one that would fit your needs but if I sell it then good luck to me to find one to repalce it.
I'm sure for the right money one will come your way but what are you looking to pay?
Great thing your doing Ed, Considering I got rid of my Ferrari this would be perfect.
I sent you a PM, I guess that's the way we do this?
Thanks
Tony
PS:Check the picture... I need to do some re-decorating :biggrin
"Your going to do what ever you want anyway" is what my wife says when it comes to cars or bikes but I know it does not mean she likes it!
Nice bike, too bad you have to sell it. I just sold my 05' 1000RR Repsol so I feel your pain.
Your right, they scrubed them clean and then put on the tire dressing :)
The machines make you mark the tire and rim and then lign up the dots for the best rolling assembly. The machine is special because it holds the rim while it turns the tire to line up the dots. Then the Road Force drum...
I spent the $25,000 for the Hunter Road Force machine and the Hunter Tire machine. Combined they do "Force Matching" ... That is what the RED and BLACK dots are on the Ford GT wheels and tires when the car was new. My shop only restores DeLoreans and there is a six month wait to get in the door...
I have a Heritage GT that I bought with 1.7 miles on it.
You will be happy to know I am driving it (even if it is just a little) with about 50 careful miles.
The thought of the frist stone chip or damage to the radiator sickens me.
Speed Lingerie says they have the Heritage color on there...
