Im sure you have done this but be sure that the oil is indeed on the inside of the bell housing. If you have a leak else where, this it the low point of the engine / transaxle, and the oil can drip down surfaces and wind up at the low point. If you not familiar with a Speedi / Redi sleeve here...

My thought is this is being over thought. There are VERY few issues with these cars, and even fewer with the drive train (not including axle retaining bolts).

When I got mine I talked with Scott, and I did not want any more than .5" lowering (never wanted to hit speed bumps etc). I could have stuck with stock height too. Options are there (and Scott will chime in with more info).

I have one of the 1st sets Scott made (installed just before the Napa Rally). These shocks are VERY nice upgrade, for the street, and if you happen to track, they work there too. Added bonus, these socks can be rebuilt (serviced). Lastly they have OEM NVH characteristics (vs a "racing shock"...

Our aero actuator has been replaced as well.

Here is a chart showing different boiling points. We use Motul RBF600 in our race cars. Good balance of price and performance (race cars are bled at least once a weekend). I also use it in any street car, enables me to have one fluid "on the shelf"...

With 30+ years of road race experience, I 100% agree. I pulled away from the dealer when the car was brand new in 3rd (1st time even sitting in the car). Never gave it any throttle, and was gentle (didnt stall it). Learned that lesson on the 1st day. Never did it again.

So the 6.0 was produced 2003-2007, warranty is gone. The sole purpose of an Exhaust Gas Return system is for emissions, so for sure you will be affecting the trucks emissions. Perhaps look around and see how many shops have been heavily fined by the EPA for selling kits for this.
