    i think the tuners are the best to ask locally to us, but since the 4.0 has a 30+rwhp boost over the 3.4, i'd guess its around the same... idk how the heat of the intake charge will affect it.

    i've heard headers and open exhaust (which is most of them...) is REALLY loud... just fyi... if that's what you want, fine... but i've heard its REALLY LOUD. My stock exhaust with the bob ida X-pipe sounds perfect to me... and it is deafening from behind... i can't imagine throwing headers...

    meh. my car has quite a few minor chips n such. front diffuser beat to hell, wheels curbed... rear diffuser scratched... of course my defense is I actually drive mine instead of just staring at it..

    I was there as well, and I completely agree that the event was oversold. I got in a total of four runs although two of them were novice. having said that, I was there for about 10 hours to get my four runs. I got a 210 and 213 in the Mojave Magnum. tomorrow I plan on knocking down 215...

    Rally 9

    Vegas would be nice, althout Pahrump track is 60 miles away. Phoenix/Scottsdale has a decent contingent of FGT owners, and has a number of tracks and resorts to choose from. Either one sounds good to me.

    stalls while AC runs

    I have a 3.4whipple with torrie tune, boostapump otherwise stock system... I recently started using my AC system and noticed that when using the AC the car tends to die a lot (like 7-10x per day), vs. not at all without the AC running. suggestions for starting point?

    Easy and cheap OBD reading

    elm327 scanner from emart.com on amazon. 21.95$ only trick was getting phone to mate with it... i had to physically touch the phone to the scanner, and that took me 3 different scanners to figure out. after you touch it, it communicates just fine from there on out.

    go huge or go home....

    I'd think you could just use the bigger blower to drop intake temps, and therefor allow less timing at, say 17-19 psi to break 800 rwhp without having intake temps way up there. I'm wishing now I went with the 4.0 and just ran 19 psi... i'm at 21 psi, 740ish rwhp...

    egr cel

    ok teamjeff found a crack in the hard line to the EGR. Test drive negative for previous issues, so i'm confident this was the problem. Apparantly from the previous work done, maybe a stray elbow or tool bumped it causing the crack. So essentially, yes, a vacuum leak as you helpfully suggested.

    Guys I have a whipple 3.4 with torrie tune that is typically running well. Gtg intake fwiw. I now have egr flow insufficient CEL, along with wandering idle, and occasional stall. Only recent work involved dash/gauge replacement and some maintenance on belt/pulley... symptoms started same day...

    didn't see the 215 mph cap. I should be just under. probably 790ish rwhp on 100 octane. 3.4 with GTG intake 20 psi. I did 201 last year... but that was with 715 rwhp and the big mistake... shifting to 6th... you can see on my video i lose probably 7 mph right there...So I will be fine with...
