Before you leave the forum would you mind sharing the part numbers and processes for making the arms? Might be easier for someone coming across this in the future and wanting to do it themselves.
Thanks!
I would split the 20 car into smaller spaces to satisfy the civil servants so you don't need all that crazy ventilation and pull the walls out after C/O. Probably cost less in the long run.
I have less than $24.00 shipping included for parts to make two of them. Simple enough to make. If you can install it you should be able to make it. Instructions and where you can buy the parts are in earlier posts. I sourced my parts from Digikey and Amazon.
Here and gone from Cape Coral. These guys are fast and efficient. Every fluid changed and a pulley & tune.
3-1/2 hours from arrival to departure. Thanks guys!!
Even after replacements I couldn't get mine to work. I ended up taking the board out of an OEM FOB to make mine work. I like the flip key but the electronics suck.
As the title says, my clamshell will not stay up at all. One or both of the struts are bad. Anyone have a part number and a place to get OEM struts? The front trunk is weak also- I would like to replace them too.
I did a search and did not come up with much.
Thanks!!
Anthony
Take a look at the garage door in the back of this picture. That is a 10' door. Although I have one the lifts all the way up to the top stops, you could get away with a 10' ceiling, but 12' gives a lot of breathing room.
