They only made approx 50 of the first 300 Sonett 2's with the two stroke (1966 model year) flat hood and wood dash panel. Highly sought for Saab that rarely comes up for sale. After mid 66 to 1969 all came with the V4.

Me as well, the race was awesome and great to hear that attendance is at a record high. Its definitely reassuring that racing probably has great future. If I have a moment to watch it on the tube I turn the volume down and continue to listen on IMSA Radio. You learn more in a half hour on radio...
