Getting to radiator fan with ease?

The screens just have six screws thru the radiator cover. Two on a each side and two on the bottom. The screws thru the side fender apron are for the overall radiator cover, which the two screens bolt into. Sure looks like a fastener is missing from that mount.

Getting to radiator fan with ease?

I would try and see what you can accomplish through removing the radiator cover vent screens. Probably get some access from below, by dropping front pan, etc.. If you need full access, yes you need to remove the front cover and radiator cover. For the front cover removal/install it is easier...

    Stock rotor Vs Girodisc....

Drilled rotors generally do crack, if you drive them hard. Slotted rotors are better IMO for track duty. A two piece rotor will save a little rotating mass, which in competition can be an edge. Below is a general document(Originally Porsche data I think) on assessing rotor cracks.

    loose marbles in door sill

My O6 also had a noise that sounded like something loose rattling when you closed the door hard. I removed the door panel to find the rattle, and found it was the flaps in the air equalizer vent in the door. There was nothing wrong with the flaps/vent, it just makes a little noise when the...

    programming key

If you have two programmed keys, the procedure to add additional keys is in the owner's manual. If you only have one programmed key, you can use forscan software or bring it to the dealer. If you opt for forscan, you must have two good keys(does not matter if they are programmed for your...

    Front Splitter easy to replace?

I believe this is the part number for the three strut/support rods: 5G7Z-17C972-AC. In most cases the rods can be adjusted, or the rod foot bent flat again, to cure a frowned front splitter.

    Front Splitter easy to replace?

The three center support rods(one in each of the 06 grill vertices) are also slotted where they bolt to the back of the front bumper support. This allows some up/down adjustment of the center section of the splitter. On the 06 models this adjustment is easy, as the grill does not block access...

    Frunk Rubbing Against Bumper

If you pull the frunk liner, there are torx screws across the bottom of the radiator cover. You could see if loosening those buys you anything. The radiator cover side mounting as well as the frunk hinges have screws thru the fender aprons, and require wheel liner removal and maybe headlight...

    Side stickers set in silver.

I pulled these part numbers from a source that has been pretty reliable, but would always verify with Ford when ordering. G7 is GT product line, while Mustang is R3 product line. Good luck in your search.

    Wrecked GT Copart

I only monitor the salvage auctions, and not a buyer. I can see there being a lots of value in the good parts this car has left, as some are obsolete or have gotten very expensive from Ford. Some nice aftermarket parts as well.

    anodize parts

I reviewed a bunch of old threads on this topic, and some colors were easy to match via powder coat(black), but seems other colors were hard to get a acceptable color match and were painted.

    Wrecked GT Copart

Lots of firewall/frame damage. Fresh air intake, behind hood latch is crushed, and dash appears to be pushed back on passenger side. I think it will need a new frame or be a parts car. Always amazed at what the wrecks sell for these days.

    Steering wheel trim

I believe the part number is YS4Z-3530-BBA Shroud Assembly - Steering Column. See mixed info on availability, and may cross over to other more common cars. Have you tried Ford yet?

Fair price for ‘06 GT with incident?

Most of the repair expense was the clamshell replacement(over half), so clamshells still pretty pricy back in 2010. Definitely the majority of part replacement/repair was in the back(pretty much everything from rear castings back), but some work up front/side as well. My concern would be if...
