My suggestion is to work with your local dealer and forget about the overseas number, present him with the data I included in post no.:1 in this thread (Ford house call program number) and hopefully he'll coordinate something to your liking. You may need to remove/install the lower dash panel...

Hmmm... Good point and thank you. All screws are there. However, and upon checking screws torque (both sides) the culprit screw was loose and barely holding to the threads, and refuses to hold tight :rofl, Any recommendation on securing it?

As others mentioned here, the dealer has to perform this task to "clear" the recall from your Car/VIN, I don't think this can be bypassed. If you're nervous about taking the car there, ask your local dealer if he is willing to honor Ford Customer satisfaction program 14B009 regarding F-GT...
