Same thing I thought when I first read it.....the list is long but nothing complicated. Put some money into it, and it can be a driver grade car. The only real question then is that what the buyer is looking for.

Where is this car advertised? I’m curious what an attractive price for a car is these days.

Because of the spread of pricing vs miles I think it is important to decide on the usage unless one has a $500k budget. I personally did not want to pay a premium for low miles (couldn't comfortably afford it either) because I knew my usage was 2-3k miles per year. So a sub-$200k driver grade...

As an update, I reached out to Paul Bruner and he is no longer at that dealership or doing FGT service. He gave me a reference to Mac Haik Ford on the Katy freeway, so just wanted to see if anyone here was using them.

Not sure how this would be valid today, it worked fine for two years, and then I took it there a Ford dealer for a $450 oil change and it started rubbing the first time I opened it afterward.....still can’t believe how quick they were to raise their hands and say they have no idea how to fix it...

Haha, more like the first few drives are terrifying because of the high HP, RWD, and no safety nets.
