Looking for a broken small gauge

What for? There isn't a cottage industry here. Replacement small gauges are available from Autometer with a no-fail design for around $200 each.

My 2005 needed a new battery

Did you look at the other topic https://www.fordgtforum.com/forums/threads/1fafp90s45y400699.39166/ where I suggested you get a Bluetooth OBDII reader.

    1st Track Day Test in GT40 mk2

Can the pedals be adjusted for heel-toe? I'm assuming they are not co-planar. That was the case in my Cobra and the work needed simply wasn't worth the pain. It' was one of the only flaws in my HST-built carbon fiber CSX.

So he got the check engine and replaced the battery so the first code is probably gone, but chances are with the misbehaving there's another one brewing and probably set as pending... Good thought on the air box...

Be easy on the throttle until the engine adaptive tests have run. Did you read out the check engine light code? Both require a. OBDII reader. Bluetooth readers are on Amazon. I use the torque light app.

    Good article from Leno

No, but if you put in a new battery and trot down to an OBDII based emissions test station they'll send you home and tell you to "run the drive cycle".

    Good article from Leno

That article is almost 4 years old, but I call a little bit of BS, er, dramatic license. Leno is far too experienced with all kinds of cars to not know about the drive cycle.

    '06 Door Window Frame Nutserts

Do you have the service book/CD? If not, have you tried fordparts.com (or wherever it takes you). Enter vehicle info and start drilling down into the doors and windows (under body parts). Some of the sections show the parts breakdown. The parts breakdown probably shows what you're looking...

Gauges are going out - looking for recomendations

Sure points to battery given all the interactions. Get a Group 25 Red Top at Auto Zone or O'Reillys. That's all he Ford battery is. If you care and you're real careful you can transplant the ford label to the new one. Be VERY careful when replacing the battery. DO NOT LEAN ON THE FENDER...

    Engine Cut Off

It's not clear - was this under operational conditions or were you warming it up in the driveway (idle all the time)? Instantaneous or was there hesitation and sputtering? After restarting did it show signs of "limp mode"? First time starting after a winter of down time? Old gas? Do you...
