I probably understated the qualifications of the person that told me this (expanding foam) BUT it is their first-person story/technique to tell.

I believe I understood that some reputable repairers shoot expanding foam into the void and this bonds the rivet heads in place (and/or minimizes the rattling around).

Could we use their headlights?

I believe its not just the color, its the pearl, etc... I went through this years ago when I had some blemishes touched up. My high-end wheel shop custom blended some and I kept the left-over supply for about 5 or 6 years and then the paint/material became unserviceable. The touch-up was...

Smart! I did NOT do this at VIR in my 2006 and spun at "Rollercoaster"...severely damaging my pride (but not doing any physical damage).

Yes...in gear too! Florida AND North Carolina (some hills).

I have heard that cars that are rarely driven may have their parking brakes get stuck and my Pantera was one where I used chocks on my 4-post. But I religiously use the end stops/vertical plates AND set the parking brake on my "upper car" on my lift.

I am not the OP but I talked to Shawn (SW lights) about a year ago. Sounds like you were satisfied with his work. Can you show some before/after pictures of SW's capabilities?

Welcome aboard...GREAT car BUT headlight replacements have been an issue. New production headlights came and went a few years ago. I have heard (but have no first hand knowledge) that SW Lights, Agoura Hills, California MIGHT be a source for repair.

Finally installed my low pressure hose (Thanks Rich). Original hose (45k miles) had a few "weak/soft spots" but was intact...I feel a LOT better now!

I hope GTGuy (Rich) chimes in here BUT I recall someone (I 'm pretty sure it was him) that said the last new build of headlights had a component that rattled and that it was remedied by a small sheetmetal screw installed into the correct location.

Three people (one of which was Rich Brooks-GTGuys) did my exhaust by removing clamshell. With one guy lifting/holding on each side and Rich directing and installing the pins...it was straight-forward.

I was advised that even just adding K&N air filters could manifest the cross-wind/stall situation. I experienced it twice (once the engine died and once it just stumbled) in strong (coastal) 90 degree crosswind condition at idle (with no forward velocity) at a stoplight.

I was doing research last year about cross-wind/MAF/laminar flow and I (thought I) understood it was a very uncommon but "known" anomaly (modified or stock)...experts?

I did pully/tune/map/plugs/inlet support...and added a polished Accufab throttle body.
