Not to hijack the thread but I felt it only fair to provide an update. Cooltech have reached out to me now. Any resolution is waiting on me to pull the "repaired" gauges out of the car and put in my Ford replacements.

I'd be very cautious... I had Hagerty on my 05 and asked them - in advance - about coverage for a long trip (~4000 miles) and they said no problem. On the next renewal, they cancelled me for driving the car too much. There are better and more cost effective options out there.
