In reality, not very often. I changed mine after 15 years and 20,000 miles. They seemed fine. However, if the front of engine is being worked on and the cabin access hole is open, change all three. Most engines run over 100,000 miles with the original belts.
This is from one of my posts a few years ago. Maybe it will be helpful.

It was easier because your selection of sockets is much better to match up to the limited space. I seem to remember using a 1/4 inch socket to turn the screws. The socket also instantly fits onto the hex head.

I have a pretty long list of common parts that I have developed since I have been on the forum. Not as long as some others, I am sure. I would list it here, but I don't know where??? I have seen excel spreadsheets on other forums. It could be available for anyone to access and update. Only...
I did mine by-my-self with the clamshell on. I placed double harbor freight moving blankets on everything. I carefully considered removing the clamshell. Two issues, takes at least two people. And having anything stored on the floor risks damage. If i was to have a second person over to...
The canister shows to be readily available from Ford Parts or discount suppliers on line. You posted an incorrect part number. The correct number is: 4G7Z-9D653-CA.
I don't have a NGT just a GT. So, I have no driving need to see StormCat or Derry's nuts on display for all to see. Although, if they do display them, I will look, just to see what they look like. BTW, my nuts work fine.
