Looking for a low mileage 2006 GT

I guess the sign of wealth in the next 10 years will be buying 500+K GT's and parking them or driving your GT 5,000 miles a year. Stuart

Maybe not your colour.... another low miler gets locked away. This was Kissimmee today (Jan 2022)

Blast from the past. One of Camilo's masterpieces

The classic high mount exhaust "Thats a doozy Judge" (Caddy Shack) Its twice the cost and 100 times as rare as the normal bump delete...and dam cool with tilt down pipe look. Must be dam loud with those Ford Racing cats. Im going to go jump in the pool now, it better be really cold......

2005 FGT starts but will not move

All brakes on a given car have more power to haul a car down ....even with the foot to the floor at the same time. Hope you win this engine/clutch/brake battle. Would be nice to see the rears break free but fronts stay locked (first ever reverse burnout)

2005 FGT starts but will not move

A little "drop the clutch" effort in reverse (only reverse) would be the quickest way to break them/it free I would like to see the vid of the "break loose" clutch drop (be prepared for loud breaking free noise if it works)..... please do a vid. Would be a first on the forum. Stu

Tall GT Drivers - A Solution

That pic to the left is 3 years ago when kid 3 was a kid (10)....He won't fit in the GT before his teenage years are up. I should do a new shot with green shirt and the same helmet. If your talking about me... yes Im a new GT owner and still dizzy with my purchase.... Picked the car up just...

2005 FGT starts but will not move

Wonder if taking the wheels off like B.M.F said, but then get a bit of hard wood rod and whack on the pads one by one to unweld them from rotors? Pistons shouldn't be locked out as they would've relaxed when you last parked it. My car makes a crunch when backing out after its been washed and...

    eBay crashed GT sale

Dam was my reaction when I saw the impact location.... and yes to no air bag going off. Thats not a walk away crash. Been sitting outside for a few years. Someones got some serious work to do to drag some $$$ out of it. Wonder what it will go for

    Ford GT Bumper Delete

Very true words. Sorry I must have edited the "inches" V's "feet" after you saw my typo? Im a metric man, so hang with my keyboard tapping being off. Elephant in the room.... My concern is the insurance companies love of dumping claims when they find the cars crash structure being lessened by...

    Making some steam!

You removed your gutted OEM cats and the Discovery top exit exhaust for a titanium exhaust in this new BONKERS set up.....what do you run now in the cat location. Are Borla (used to make them) the only company that has a more "open/loud" cats? Do you just cut a door in the cats and dig away to...

    Ford GT Bumper Delete

I wasn't surprised how loud and beefy the sound was with just the OEM cats (loved it) ... exiting the sound. Was surprised when I added the Accufab set up and with only 3-4' of pipe how it softened the tone massively.

Not sure a few inches will make much difference (to the cut off length) to the sound. The best sound the GT made was when I drove the car with just the cats shooting up to outer space (clam shell off) it was like a big capacity off shore boat.... amazing

Fair call on cutting less as a first cut. Maybe just 2" would be enough to get a look......but 4" might look better;) Apples

    Ford GT Bumper Delete

Like nota4re said cutting the Accufab tips can be tricky as the underside of the exhaust has a long bend and any cut has to be done before the bend starts. From what I could see about 4" could be be cut with the same tapered cut that contours similar to butt of car. You get about 2" sticking...
