    Mark IV

I had a blast! I went with Jim and Pete. I've never been to an event like this. The only thing missing on the MKIV is noise but it certainly makes up for it in other areas. It was great to meet you Ed and Rex. I really enjoyed all the stories.

    Speedometer and Tach rebuild

Check engine or check gauges light? They're different. Check gauges means to look at gauges, something is up. Mine comes on for low fuel. Check engine sets with a code so check codes. I just finished getting a 3800 miler road ready. A ground on drivers side of engine, on frame, down low was...

    Recommended Dehumidifier

This soaks up all the water until the media is gone, then releases it back into the atmosphere. I have a small electric one I keep in the boat cabin. It also has a fan to keep air moving and creates a little heat...

    Rear Diffuser

I have the Stillens and pics I've seen of them while underway, they do move around. Haven't melted them though. They're also longer than the originals so may not look as good on a bumper delete car. Michael-does it look like a horse flapping it's lips? In which case I'll put the stock one on.

    Axle Shaft Bolts

295 is the nut. I think the original spec was 258 and later updated to 295. The axle bolt TSB states 295 for the nut.

I can have the O rings reproduced for about $1700. Are they worth $170 each?

Fuel Filler Fix - solution found and engineered

This is a 2010 F150. I don't want to make that work. I sent the tube to my dealer to show techs to see if any other car had a similar set up that might be had for less than $1800 and made to work. Where do we get a cork? Lol

Fuel Filler Fix - solution found and engineered

screws come down through slider assy into fill tubeflapper assy only goes into tube one wayI'll file a slight angle on tab and receiver hole to encourage engagement when pushed down while filling Flap tab can't be pushed out past o ring diameter so it doesn't hook very well. Good spot for some...
