The new belt will be tight but it will go on. Just don't cross thread the bolt.
On the cover torx I use a bit with a piece of tape to wedge it in a ratchet wrench.
Too easy. Bearing under the nut for low parasitic power loss. Won't mar the spring or your shorts. Mobile, perfect for changing springs at the track. A necessity if you could get a shock. $400
Get on this Pete. Because you actually drive your car it is important. The boots keep grease in and dirt out. A 4k mile car won't see a lot of dirt but 80k will. If the joint goes bad, it may be hard to find a replacement.
In the last 3 weeks 2 people have mentioned selling their cars. Look for the threads and contact them. I know the friends I told about them passed, not for any car reason, they just went another direction

Nevermind the 3 strays that are in the pics
I've had two front shocks on order from Ford for a month. They show 17? in Detroit but haven't sent them out. Do you have another way to get these for me?
