1966 R60/2 with Steib S500 sidecar
I bought this Dover White airhead over 20 years ago. It was then converted to a sidecar rig. I bought the sidecar, a Steib replica, from Blue Moon Cycles. The slingers were done at about 24k miles along with an engine rebuild, prior to my ownership. Regular oil changes done by me. Now at 32k miles. Ridden only short distances, usually with my old dog in the hack. Mostly displayed. It starts very easy…1-2 kicks. Dynamo and all lights/horn work. Time to pass it on, as I’m not riding it much at all.
